Refund and Returns Policy

At FabricPavoWin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a clear and simple Refund and Returns Policy to ensure your experience with us is as seamless as possible.

1. Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.
  • All packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact our customer support team at support@fabricpavowin.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product, including the return address.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact our customer service team at support@fabricpavowin.com to initiate an exchange.

  • We will issue a replacement for the same item or, if that item is unavailable, a store credit or alternative product of equal value.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

  • Gift Cards
  • Custom or Personalized Products (unless damaged or defective)
  • Items marked as Final Sale

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@fabricpavowin.com. You will be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will assist you with returning the item and offer a refund, exchange, or replacement as appropriate.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days of the return being processed, please check with your bank or payment provider, as it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
